3650 Old Sam Houston School Road Maryville, Tennessee 37804 Living History Weekend June 11th - 12th 10am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday Authentic Civil War encampment and reenactment, authentic drill maneuvers, period cooking, civil war medicine with Doc Bill Walker, period cook with Susan King, period music with Diane Lovejoy, and live fire demonstrations. Flag Retirement Ceremony both days, so bring your old flags. Visit the museum, gift shop and schoolhouse. Food truck Porkers pork rinds and more. Spectators will be able to relive the life of a Southern Soldier during civil war time.
