*Set-up is from 7:30 am to 10:00am on the day of the event
*Vendors are asked to remain open for the entire event, or until their products sell out.
*The fee is for one vendor space. Vendors will need to supply their own supplies, tables, tents, chairs & money for change.
*Each vendor is responsible for collecting sales tax and rendering it to the State of Tennessee.
*The Sam Houston Memorial Association (Sam Houston Historic Schoolhouse Site) assumes no responsibility and will be held harmless of any personal or property liability or any damages or losses incurred by a vendor on the Schoolhouse property.
*All vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage & appropriate permits if needed.
*Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their area, returning it to its original state.
*Vendors must abide by all rules of Sam Houston Schoolhouse Historic Site, which include the prohibition of alcohol.
